Order / Shipping

All BOKI products are designed and manufactured in-house 

and will be shipped within 7 days after payment is completed.


To ensure smooth purchasing within limited quantities,

orders of 5 or more items per design will be partially canceled.


Available only to registered members; non-members cannot make purchases.


Payment

Credit cards (VISA/MASTER/JCB/Amex) and PayPal payments are accepted.

We use EMS

Shipping regions : Japan and 7 other regions

Shipping Cost : 5.5 USD (Additional fees may apply depending on the region.)

All applicable customs duties and value-added taxes must be paid by the recipient upon receipt. 



Order Cancellation 

Changing order details, canceling orders, or modifying addresses is difficult 

once an order reaches the ‘Shipping Preparation’ status. 

For exchanges or refunds after shipment, you must return the product at your own expense after receiving it.

Points

When you sign up for the site,

you will receive a $2 credit. 1% of your purchase amount will be credited as points. (Added as of June 1, 2020) Leave a review after your purchase to receive points.

Text reviews earn 0.1 points, photo reviews earn 0.5 points. 


 - Reviews for products purchased with your site ID must be submitted 

   within 30 days after ‘Delivery (Transaction) Complete’. 

 - Site credits can be used for purchases of $20 or more when your balance is $2 or more.

   The $2 credit given upon sign-up expires after one year.


* Credits earned through purchases or reviews have no designated expiration date.

Customs Duties and Taxes

Added taxes are payable by the recipient upon delivery.

The recipient is responsible for any import duties and taxes that may be levied on international shipments. Please note these charges are imposed by the destination country and are beyond our control.

If the recipient refuses to accept the package, the order will be returned to Korea and will not be reshipped. 

Related costs (round-trip shipping fees, customs duties, etc.) will be deducted from the refund amount.

Exchange / Refund

* The warranty period for BOKI products is one year from the date of purchase.

 

If you wish to exchange or return a product,

please copy and complete the ‘Exchange/Return Request’ form on the Q&A board

within 7 days of receiving the product. 

  

※ Only items with a confirmed ‘Exchange/Return Request’ on the bulletin board can be processed.

     Items arriving without a prior request will be returned at the sender's expense.


Return shipping costs will be automatically deducted from the refund amount.

 

When using other courier services, you must ship the item ‘prepaid’.

After shipping ‘prepaid’, please leave the tracking number as a comment

on the exchange/refund request post you created on the Q&A board.


* Exchange shipping fees due to change of mind

For exchanges due to change of mind [design change],

both pickup shipping fee + redelivery fee must be paid. 



* Free 

Defective or Incorrect Delivery (Exchange/Refund Due to BOKI's Error)

  

All costs for exchanges/refunds due to BOKI's error are covered by BOKI.



Exchanges / Refunds Not Accepted

 - If exchange or refund requests are not submitted within 7 days of receipt

 - Orders for which exchange/refund requests were not submitted via the bulletin board 

 - If the product value is diminished due to customer responsibility 

 - If signs of product use, contamination, or packaging damage are confirmed

 - If product components are missing or damaged (e.g., free gifts, product tags, labels, dedicated cases) 

 - Custom-made or pre-order items explicitly marked 

   as non-exchangeable/non-refundable at the time of purchase 

 - Matters pre-announced in the product description cannot be grounds for exchange or refund. 

 - Other cases falling under the restrictions on withdrawal of offer stipulated 

   by the “Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.”



Processing

After receiving the returned product, we will inspect it. 

If no issues are found, we will process your refund within 2-3 business days. 

Since refunds are processed through our payment processor,

immediate refunds upon inspection are not possible. 

For debit card payments, it may take 7 days or more 

(excluding weekends and holidays) from payment cancellation to the refund being deposited.


If you paid by credit card,

we will cancel the credit card authorization to prevent the payment amount from being charged.

(However, the amount may be charged on the scheduled credit card billing date. 

In this case, the card issuer will process a refund when the credit card statement is issued the following month.)
